Want a two-column section for upcoming events? A prominent hero image with a bold call-to-action button? Simply pick your structure, drag in your modules (text, images, buttons, social links, timers, and more), and customize them right on the canvas.

Reusable Content Tools: Templates, Prebuilt Sections, & Saved Layouts

Starting from a blank canvas every single week is the ultimate time-sink. The new editor breaks your email creation into modular, reusable pieces so you can build once and reuse forever.

• Full-Message Templates: Jumpstart entire emails with built-in, professionally designed templates organized by ministry categories—including Newsletters, Giving, School Updates, and Liturgical Seasons (like Advent and Lent). Need a template specific to your parish? Create your master layout once, click the Save as Template icon, and open it anytime you start a new draft under My Templates.

• Ready-to-Use Prebuilt Sections: You don’t always need a full template—sometimes you just need a quick section to drop into an existing email. The new Sections tab gives you instant access to prebuilt blocks for Mass times, footers, announcements, quotes, and event highlights. Just drag a section onto your canvas, adjust the text, and you’re done.

• Custom Saved Sections & Layouts: Have you built a custom announcement block, a Knights of Columbus newsletter header, or a specialized donation appeal that you’ll need again next month? Select that exact row on your canvas and click Save. You can categorize and tag your custom section so it lives right inside your Sections library, ready to be dragged into any future message with all your styling intact.
